Handmade Items
All scrunchies and blankets purchased from raqcityscrunchies.com are not identical. These are handmade items. This means not every scrunchie or blanket will be made from the same material but is created in the same colour to the best of our abilities.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from raqcityscrunchies.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Returns, Refunds and Title
raqcityscrunchies.com does not take scrunchie returns at this time.
