Delivery Times
Delivery times for all orders are estimated only and are not guaranteed. The estimates will be in business days (does not include weekends and holidays). Once your packages are sent to Canada Post arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of Canada Post.
Raq City Scrunchies are not responsible for:
- Mistakes made by Canada Post
- Wrong address given by customers
- Damage to orders by Canada Post
- Issues with PO Boxes
- Stolen packages after delivery

Orders Within Canada
We use Canada Post to ship orders through regular mail (unless you have chosen another shipping method). Regular mail can take anywhere between 8-21 business day (excludes holidays and weekends).
Orders Within USA
We use Canada Post to ship your order through Tracked Packet USA Air (unless you have chosen another shipping method). This can cake anywhere between 8-21 business days (excludes holidays and weekends).
International Orders
We use Canada Post to ship your order through Small Packet International Air (unless you have chosen another shipping method). This can cake anywhere between 10-21 business days (excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location internationally.
Order Confirmation
Items are shipped after processing (6-7 business days) using Canada Post. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout.
Damages
Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the product in question. Once proven the product has a fault, the product may be returned for a repair please contact us at raqcityscrunchies@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.
